Create a KPI Performance dashboard with PowerBI

I need someone to create a KPI performance dashboard using PowerBI that incorporates data from my Excel spreadsheets. I'm not sure if I need real-time data updates or not, so I'm open to suggestions. I'd like the dashboard to have moderate interactivity, with basic data filters for users to explore the data more in depth.
