Create Google sheet + Microsoft Excel calculation for interest

I need help with a sheet + excel calculation related to loans for build a house.
Background:
Different banks offers different interest and i want to be able to fill in a sheet that show me the total costs compared differtent banks in one Google Sheet and also one Excel.
The sheet needs:
Field 1: Total cost of the house
Field 2A: Name of bank A Field 2B: Interest offered from bank A
Field 3A: Name of bank B Field 3B: Interest offered from bank B
Field 4B: Name of bank C Field 4B: Interest offered from bank C
Field 5A: Name of bank D Field 5B: Interest offered from bank D
Field 6: Calendar - The calendar is used to fill in the payments.- Here i want a Monthly calender from 1 of august 2023 that stops at 31 december 2025. Every date should have two cells, one for SEK (Swedish Krona) and one in %.
If I know the amount I will pay i use the cell for SEK. If I only now the price in % of the total amount I use the cell for %.
For example payment X is 200 000 SEK should be paid 2023-08-10 I fill in the amount of the invoice in the SEK cell. If I only knows that i will get an invoice of 20% of the total cost of the house i use the cell for %.
At the bottom of every month there should be a copy of the banks name that is filled in 2A - 2D and the SUM of the total cost of the interest for the month. There should also be a separate SUM of the total cost so it can be compared between the different banks. The total SUM of the costs are not allowed to be more that Field 1.
The calculation should be able to use on a wordpress website.
