Create Google Sheets Script to Make Google Calendar Events -- 2

I have a google sheet spreadsheet consisting of jobs for a cleaning business.
I have automation set up that once a new job comes in it populates a new row at the bottom of the spreadsheet.
I call these new jobs "unassigned jobs" since no cleaner is assigned.
Once I assign a cleaner by populating the column "Team" in the same spreadsheet it then becomes an "assigned job". I require two scripts to create google calendar events for this process in two calendars (Unassigned Jobs and Assigned Jobs)
I need:
- For each new row that populates I need an equivalent google calendar event in the calendar "Unassigned Jobs"
- Once a cleaner is assigned in the "Team" cell for the row, a new equivalent event is created in a different calendar "Assigned Jobs" AND the other unassigned job is then deleted.
Each cleaning job has different details (customer name, phone, address, cleaner, etc) but frequency of job is an important factor and must be featured in the event
