Create Excel spreadsheet

I want to create a spreadsheet for my residence. The first sheet is different meal options (breakfast, lunch, dinner). I would like to be able to put these options into the 2nd sheet (Meal Plan) and have them change randomly every week. no meal should be populated back to back days. On the 3rd sheet, I want to track all items usage. I will manually update the addition or removal or an item, but I want to track every item and move any item that falls below a specific amount to the grocery list sheet. Also any addition or removal should be able to be seen by anyone using the spreadsheet regardless of who is doing the data entry. Please let me know if this is clear.
