Create an Excel lock tool which uses a Key to activate and expires at specific time
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I have a Excel tool to protect.
• The excel document is intended to be used on window environment only
• Users should be able to install it to a single computer using a key
• Automated key generation
• If copied, will not work on other computers
• Must allow the already active Macro to create a copy of the file with some tabs with values only. This must be copy can then be used by the others as xls file without restrictions
• I must be able to generate the keys and send to customers for license renewal
• Formulas and VBA codes to be protected. compiles all formulas from workbook into binary code and removes them from the xls cells.
• Able to archive multiple copies that can be read but not used/changed/copied after key expire

I specifically need to make sure user receiving Padlock file will be able to use the already active Macro to create a copy of the file with some tabs with values only. This must be a copy in a format that anyone can use/modify by the others as xls file without restrictions, (e.g. need to use XL Padlock software).
