Create Excel form with Grid

Interested in creating a form in Excel as in the attached image.
The Excel rows are created dynamically
When clicking on an order line, a form will be displayed
The product lines of an order selected from the data sheet will be displayed
The form will allow adding/deleting/updating the data in the Excel sheet
The grid will be from right to left
The Grid will support adding a fields type TextBox/DropdownList/DatePiker/CheckBox
