Create Excel Spreadsheet linked with Bing Maps Distance Matrix API

I need help quickly creating a spreadsheet with bing maps integrated. I have a list of approximately 150 starting addresses and need to determine the drive time to a from those addresses to a specific central location at specific times of day. For example, I need to determine the travel time at 7:45 and 17:00 from each of the locations to a central location. I was thinking to integrate with Bing Maps Distance Matrix API as it is free. This is an urgent project and I am looking for someone that could build the template and help make sure I know how to use it within the next few hours.
