Create Excel Spreadsheet/Gantt chart that references a master list

I am looking for a freelancer who can create an Excel spreadsheet/Gantt chart for me. The spreadsheet/Gantt chart should reference a master project list and meet the following requirements:

Master List:
- The master list will include project number, project names, due dates, and assigned personnel.

Gantt Chart Format:
- I prefer a horizontal bar chart format for the Gantt chart.
- On the Gantt chart data sheet, the data shall be sorted and grouped by "assigned personnel". A gantt chart shall then be created to show the dates of project assigned to that person. (see attached).

Number of Data Points:
- The Gantt chart should include between 50-200 data points.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Excel and Gantt chart creation.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to accurately reference the master list in the Gantt chart.
- Previous experience working with names and organizing data in Excel.
- Familiarity with different Gantt chart formats and the ability to create a horizontal bar chart.
- Experience working with moderate to large amounts of data in Excel.
