Create Excel Macro

I will provide you with a link to a website with a live feed.

The excel sheet needs to refresh the website every 1 hour (24 hours a day/365 days a year) and capture the 'count' in the correct table.
Once captured, another tab should allow for custom reporting.
Following customisable fields are required
1. Start date
2. End date
3. site/sites (single location or multiple locations)
The above should create a LINE GRAPH that displays the utilisation and a percentage.
Additional locations will be added to the feed, so the excel Macro needs to be able to add additional locations infinitely.
