Create Excel Button

I want an excel sheet, that can have a list with different processes, for example initial process, next initial, middle, advanced and professional, and that in another sheet there is a list of different names that these processes will follow, when I press a button I check in what position of the process is and go to the following process:

Luis is in initial
Jesus in the middle
karen in advanced

I press the button and

Luis goes to medium
Jesus advanced
and look professional

I am attaching the two files below, the second sheet is the one that will change the states of the first
