Create CSV/XLS for Import to Quickbooks from Paper Bank Statements

I have bank statements but they're scanned photocopies that are not editable. I need someone to write out the transactions from each month onto a spreadsheet so they can be imported to Quickbooks. There will be a new bank account for this company made in Quickbooks from these files so I can categorize them for taxes.
