Create a Bubble Chart for me ASAP

I need someone to create a Bubble Chart for medications prescribed from the years provided in word, ASAP. I need this project to be delivered today. Please READ the INTRUCTIONS below. Don't forget to download the word file provided, this will be your basis.
Make a bubble for each medication, and make those that he continues to use bigger than others that was only used for a short while. For example, he's been using Ibuprofen 800mg daily from 2016 to 2022, I imagine a big bubble for that drug, and perhaps smaller bubbles for Gabapentin, Oxycodone, Robaxin etc.
The X-axis can represent the month/years, Y-axis frequency of medication use maybe? I can visualize the lower value showing "as needed" or "a few times a month", then higher value equals "weekly" all the way to the highest value (biggest bubble) = multiple use per day.
