Create a Basic Excell Spreadsheet for Tracking Stock Price with Buy and Sell Signals with Color Symbols Using Custom Formatting

I need an excel spreadsheet that will show the price of a stock or financial asset in real-time based on the ticker symbol I insert into a cell. The sheet should allow me to put a buy price in a cell and a sell price into another cell. Then based upon the value entered for buy and sell, and the changing real-time stock price a symbol should appear in red for sell and in green for buy based upon these values. The sheet needs to pull some additional data as well. The sheet should populate the following data once I put the ticker symbol into a cell.

1. Company full name,
2. The % of the change in the stock price for daily, weekly, 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, 1 year, 2 year, 3 year, 5 year, and 10 years.
3. 52-week high stock price and the 52-week low stock price.
4. PE ratio of the company,
5. Dividend % amount if any,
6. Price/book value.
7. A link to the corresponding stock page on SeekingAlpha.com for each ticker symbol entered.
8. Company Country
9. Company Inductry
10. Company Sector
