Cost model an industry award
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I am developing a collective employment agreement for a team of staff, I need to understand the cost of my agreement and therefore have the award used to cost out schedules of work and compare with my EBA that has been drafted.
This needs to be done using an excel spreadsheet that;
- costs out different rosters of work
- different levels of employees (the award outlines different skill levels at different pay amounts and therefore need each of those mapped)
- Overtime, rostered days off, sick days etc - wage cost breakdown
The award to use as a benchmark is the Plumbing and Fire Sprinklers Award 2020. So that means taking the types of employment, schedule of working hour combinations (aligned to working routines) and comparing that to the EBA contract that I provide to cost out the agreement.
Please make sure that you are aware of how awards work and have experience with creating these cost schedules.
