Correction and updation of Loan Repayment Schedule

Please refer the attached excel sheet. I have different types of loans with banks and others. I have different types of repayment structures. some have moratorium and some have not.. I need to get a summary report on the "result Page". I have written most of my requirements in it. You have to restructure all the types of repayment structures, so that I can chose When I have to start my repayment and how many Years I need it to be calculated, moratoriums, intersts, extra payments, etc. and all other cells should be automatically calculated.. You have to redesign it with maximum beautiful and presentable format. You have to make PDF generators on the command buttons in "result page". you have to follow all the instructions that I have given. Please dont remove any of the existing features.. you have to make necessary formulase codings, etc. You try the excel first and then only make bidding.. I dont have time to chit chat.. If you done with the format, you can lock your work and show me .. If I am satisfied then I will pay. Those who tried it and did it only, please communicate with me.. Thank you
