I need a seasoned organizational design specialist to create a clear, efficiency-driven structure for a corporate entity that currently spans seven or more departments. Our main pain point is overlapping responsibilities that slow decision-making; the goal is to streamline reporting lines and workflows so every team knows exactly where it fits and how it adds value.
Here’s what I expect to receive:
• An intuitive org chart (PDF and the original editable file—Lucidchart, Visio, or similar) showing all divisions, key roles, and reporting relationships.

Your background in corporate re-structuring, Lean management, or similar methodologies will be important, but I’m open to fresh perspectives so long as the proposal is grounded in proven principles. Please share a sample org chart you’ve produced for a multi-department organization, outline your method, and give an estimated timeframe for the first draft.
I will provide you with excel file once I received your previous projects.
