Ensure Revenue :
1. Generate Invoices for Customers as per their Pos and Non-Pos
2. Validate Licenses from OEMs/Vendors vs. Payment/Pos from Customers
3. Interact with customers for Submission and Payment of Invoices
Procurement :
1. Generate Purchase Orders – Zoho and Manual as and when asked
2. Send Pos to vendors and ensure Acknowledgement along with delivery time-lines
3. Validate Delivery from appropriate team / resource internally
Finance :
1. Maintain P&L – Overall and Per Client with Monthly Expense vs. Revenue in terms of Projections / Budget Vs. Actuals for 3-5 years
2. Maintain Resource-wise Loaded Cost – Monthly and Annually for 3-5 years
Effective and Regular communication over email and update is critical for us. A Monthly report of all actions and status of accounts would be required.
