Copy and reformat tables from a PDF to a spreadsheet
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I would like data describing participants in national reading and math tests copied and reformatted from a PDF to a spreadsheet.

HERE ARE THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE READING TEST

-- contains tables summarizing the "Percentage of fourth-grade public school students identified as students with disabilities and/or English learners excluded and assessed in NAEP reading..by state/jurisdiction".
I would like these tables copied into a spreadsheet.
The PDF has a separate table for each year, but in the spreadsheet I would like all the tables combined in a single table that gives the year in a column on the left.
