Copy one table and append to another - Excel VBA

Requirements:
Do not use static ranges. Solution must copy entire contents, without header, of first table to the last row of the second table using the table names.
Do not use sheet names/Activesheet. Tables must be able to be copied without referring to sheet names.
All duplicates must be removed from final table, a duplicate being where ALL columns are the same.
Project to be delivered in two hours.
