Converting a VBA code inputs and outputs to a SQL database

I have developed VBA tool with lots of functions and subs using a range of inputs. Currently all these inputs are fed as EXCEL data sheets and the output is also in excel data sheet. I would like to convert the code where the all the data is stored in a SQL database. I should also be able to read the inputs from the data base to re-run the model.
