Convert web pages to PDFs and highlight keywords

I have approximately 200 news article web pages that need to be converted to PDF format. For each article, you will need to:
- open the link in a browser
- check that it contains certain keywords (my company's name)
- if so, convert the page to a PDF
- highlight the company name anywhere it appears in the PDF

I will supply:
- a spreadsheet containing candidate URLs
- instructions on how to name each file created
- a sample output file for your reference
