Convert this Excel to Visual Studio 2019 C#

I'm looking for somebody that can take a look at this Excel file and convert it to C#. It contains several formulas, all of which are in named cells. The names must be retained so I can relate to them in C#. The C# version should NOT be a console project as I'm teaching myself C# and I need to have all available bells and whistles. There are 2 graphs shown in Excel. A similar version is needed for C#.
