I need a skilled freelancer who can transfer data from a Word table into an Excel file. The table contains both text and numbers and is organized by rows and columns.
Key Requirements:

In the attached document, we need to create xls file from the formatted table of data (purple).
Add column called 'Status' and add the value of "Banning Enforced".
Add column called Type with value of "Banning" for table in Document Part 2a and a value of "Non Compliance' for table in Document in Part 2b.
Combine in single xls file with columns:
