Convert HEIC Image to Excel Sheet

We are looking for a someone who can convert around 400 HEIC images to Excel sheets. The task involves extracting data from HEIC images and organizing it into a structured Excel format. You can do this however way you want, AI, software, manually, ... (I'm unable to find an efficient way myself).
