Convert a Google Docs spread sheet into Excel

Note from client: The main functions to note are the trigger of 3 emails and a monthly backup (ignore that it's titled 'DailyBackup') to a location in G Drive, currently here. An 'x' entered into a cell triggers the email function. Get bookings to trigger a calendar event in one of our Google calendars this would change to Office 365.
These scripts are already configured and working in Google we just need them translated to Office 365 and Excel.
