Convert an Excel Sheet to Google Sheets

Hello, I have an Excel sheet for real estate investments - no fancy calculations, just some financial ones plus diagrams. I want the Google sheet to look very similar to the original - including the sliders and graphs.
There is no VBA in the sheet, just standard functions. I guess the easiest is that you use a converter and then do the troubleshooting.
