Convert Excel Into a more sofisticared Invoice system

I'm attaching an excel sheet that I use for my wholesale business, the main idea is to convert this excel in to a better application because at the moment is too basic
Here are the steps I use:
Add a new Customer to the Customer Sheet
Create an Invoice in The Invoice -Main Sheet
Invoice Details (Is where I add products to the order ) under Invoice Detail Sheet
Once all previews process are completed, I go to the Invoice Sheet to send the invoice to the buyer
I also have a sheet called Profit and Saving where io get the profit i make from sales and take 10% to be saved as my own savings
Now what I will like to do:
1 - I will like excel to work as a program not as a sheet (Like QuickBooks or Quicken )
2 - When I open the program I need to have bottoms like, create an invoice, create an estimate, add a new customer, Create a Packing List (I forgot to mention this sheet called Packing List, is the one used when i ship out the product, it will go in the box without prices, is only to warranty the quantity inside) The current packing list does not have the Brand Name, I will like to include the brand name like in the invoice sheet but without prices.
3- I need to generate reports like in the Profit Sheet, to get the same information
Note: As you see in my sheet invoice details, I have a Status column where I mark the status of that specific product like OutStock, Ordered, Shipped, and so on.
The same goes for the Invoice - Main where I have a status like En despacho, Processing, shipped, and so on
I will not need to have inventory, the database will be only to store customer information and order, the same way it looks in excel now
