Convert Conditional formatting from excel to google sheets

I'm looking for a freelancer to help me convert conditional formatting from Excel to Google Sheets. This requires a certain level of expertise, so please only apply if you have experience with this task. The conditional formatting needs to be applied to Google Sheets, as the source document is in Excel. Specifically, I need rules based formatting applied to more than 5 sheets.
