Contracts and Compliance Admin Officer

Corporate Carbon, incorporating the Corporate Carbon Group of Companies, is one of Australia’s largest multi sector carbon project developers. We create new solutions for carbon market participation from carbon abatement activities. Our involvement ensures emissions reductions and co-benefits for the environment, individuals and businesses.
We're looking for a remote based Contracts and Compliance Admin Officer for ad hoc to start, but potentially ongoing tasks.
Objective:
To ensure effective, best practice administration and compliance of our diversified contractual obligations relating to carbon abatement projects. Provide services critical in establishing and enforcing high standards of compliance and project performance.
Deliverables:
Deliver compliance, contract, and risk management admin services:
1. Interpret, extract and organise relevant compliance and risk information from contracts and any associated regulatory documentation using MS excel and other project management tools
2. Identify compliance obligations and any gaps, and develop mitigation strategies, actions and recommendations
3. Developing and reviewing governance systems for project compliance admin, contract management and risk relating to Corporate Carbon’s projects and other contractual arrangements.
