Contract Spreadsheet (Excel)

I had a prior employee create an excel spreadsheet for our contracts and there are a lot of glitches. There is a main sheet that has drop-down options and will then share that data with other sheets in the spreadsheet. I need the sheet to be "fixed" and accessible in Google Sheets.
