Continuous Sales Analysis spreadsheet automated weekly update added to work book

Needing to create an additional spreadsheet within each workbook that reads sales comparisons (like for like) against the same week and periods previous 3 weeks and previous year same week and month. Data already exists within the workbook. Would require replication for 5 workbooks that each have their own data.
