Construction project start and finish template

We are a residential building company and looking to create a template to manage our project start up dates and completion dates to allow us to show new clients a predicted start date for their potential build taking in to account our current work load. We want cap our maximum number of projects to 25 builds per year and want to have the ability to forecast a start date for new projects in the future.


We currently use Monday.com so if a template could be created for this that would be great otherwise excel is ok.
