Construction contract in word updated from an excel tempalte

We have a two word contracts that are modified for each new customer to fit the customers order. All input is done in an excel template that is linked to the two word contracts. We want to be a able to save the excel input sheet and and word documents as Customer-document name-home name-lot number-date. When saved into a new folder we want the saved as excel input template to identify with the saved as word documents of the saved ilk.
