Construction Product Renaming & Categorization

I have a spreadsheet with well over 500 construction-related items that need tidying before they can go live on our site. Every row already contains a short description; what I need from you is a clean, customer-friendly product name, along with the correct Header, Category and Sub-Category taken from the official classification list I will supply.
Here is the flow I follow and expect you to replicate:
• Read the existing description, extract the key identifying features (material, size, application, etc.) and create a concise, grammatically correct product name in natural English.
• Match the item to the closest fit in the provided category matrix, then populate the Header, Category and Sub-Category cells exactly as they appear in that list.
• Double-check that every mandatory field in the sheet is filled, spell-checked and consistent.
The dataset is large, so accuracy and speed both matter. Native-level written English is essential because the final names appear exactly as customers will see them. Experience with bulk catalogue updates in Excel or Google Sheets will help you move quickly without sacrificing quality.
Acceptance criteria
1. All 500+ rows have a unique, descriptive product name no longer than 70 characters.
2. Header, Category and Sub-Category match an entry in the list I provide—no typos or improvisations.
3. No empty mandatory cells; sheets must pass my validation script on first review.
