I am looking for a freelancer who can help me create a construction budget using OPUS. The ideal candidate should have experience in construction budgeting and be familiar with the OPUS software.
Specific Information:
- The budget should include materials and labor costs.
- Equipment rental costs should also be included.
- Permit and inspection fees need to be factored into the budget as well.

- I do not have a set budget in mind, but I have a rough estimate of the costs involved.
