Consolidating Health Report Annexes into Excel

Job ID: 39094228

Budget: $100 – $200 USD

Compilation of Annexes from Annual Health Reports (Excel Format)

Project Overview:
I am looking for a detail-oriented freelancer to extract, compile, and organize all annexes from multiple Annual Health Reports (approximately 195 annexes across 10 years) into a single, well-structured Excel file. Each annex should have its own dedicated tab, and the data should be compiled historically, ensuring accuracy and consistency across years.

Scope of Work:
Create a Master Excel File

The first tab should be a Table of Contents listing all annexes.
Each annex should have its own dedicated tab, labeled accordingly.
The Table of Contents should include clickable links to each tab for easy navigation.
Data Compilation Process

Start with the 2023 annexes and go back historically across the available years.
Each annex should include data from multiple years in the same tab.
Add a new column for "Year" to differentiate data from different years.
Ensure that table structures remain consistent across years (accounting for changes in annex numbering).
Accuracy & Formatting

Verify that the data matches the original annexes from each annual report.
Ensure consistent formatting (headers, numeric alignment, category labels).
Be aware of annex numbering changes in historical reports and match them accordingly.
Requirements:
✔️ Experience with Excel & Data Entry – Ability to format and organize data professionally.
✔️ Attention to Detail – Accuracy is key; data must match the original annexes.
✔️ Ability to Handle Large Data Sets – Approximately 195 annexes across 10 reports.
✔️ Knowledge of Clickable Links in Excel – Hyperlinking the Table of Contents to annex tabs.
✔️ Basic Understanding of Health Data (Preferred but Not Mandatory)

Deliverables:
? Excel File containing:

Tab 1: Table of Contents with hyperlinks to annexes.
Tab 2–X: Each annex in its respective tab.
Annexes compiled across years with a "Year" column added to each.
Clean, structured, and easy-to-read formatting
Notes:
? Start with 2023 annexes and work backward historically.
? Ensure accuracy in annex numbering, as tables may have changed across years.
? Formatting should be consistent across all years for each annex.
? The final product should be a single Excel file with all annexes properly structured.
