Consolidated Dashboard Creation in Excel

We are looking for a freelancer to create a single consolidated dashboard in the main sheet of an Excel workbook. The dashboard should dynamically pull and update data from four sub-sheets and provide a unified view of all deals. Key features include:
- Mandatory columns such as Deal ID, Date of Creation, Product, Status, Sourcing Person, Sourcing Remarks (latest update only), and Target Closure Date (auto-calculated).
- Automated calculation of Target Closure Date based on product-specific durations.
- Dynamic fetching of the latest remarks for each Deal ID from the sub-sheets.
- A user-friendly, single-page dashboard with filtering options by Deal ID, Date of Creation, Status, Product, and Sourcing Person.
The dashboard must be clean, automatically refreshable, and efficient.
