Consolidate 8 companies financials into excel one for M&A -- P&L, Balance Sheet for 3yr projection

We are an umbrella company considering buying 8 companies. We are presenting to investors and need to consolidate all 8 companies financials into one P&L and one Balance Sheet with 3yr projection. Would like to see each company in tabs, and if possible have options to select or de-select a company to be included in the consolidated report.
