Conduct operational analysis on my company using lingo and exce solver

I would like to conduct some operational analysis on my company which is a flower shop , decision variables are already assigned and raw data for the components of the product are provided i want an objective function , constraint and the applying them to lingo and excel solver to get sensitivity analysis .
