Conditional formatting

Hello, on the Basic rotation possible model I am trying to determine an 8 year gross margin on a crop rotation. The first challenge I have is the formula in E16. I am trying to write a conditional formula to determine if wheat has been grown in the 12 month range from July to June in Year 1 for MU1. (management unit 1) and if it is listed to populate the wheat column with the number of hectares in D16. I then want to replicate the formula so that the hectares for each crop grown in each MU is populated in the table starting at A15.

I will add further detail at the bottom of the table to bring in the gross margin. Are you able to help with the formula.
