Conditional Formatting

This task requires conditional formatting to be extended for the tabs ‘Functional Output’ and ‘SO Output’. I have started the conditional formatting to show examples. All priority 1 items are red when “Yes” is selected, priority 2 items are orange when “yes” is selected and all priority 3 items are “green” when “yes” is selected.

The task also requires all three tabs to be formatted to look attractive and consistent.
