As a furniture business, we're looking for a freelancer to assist us in e-commerce operations. Key responsibilities would include:
- Uploading and maintaining product listings on multiple selling platforms namely Shopify, Chairish, and eBay.
- Regularly reconciling and managing our inventory to ensure its accuracy.
- Resolving customer issues promptly and effectively. Our platform with the most customer queries is, in particular, Perigold.
- Overseeing the entire shipping process including tracking orders and ensuring their timely delivery.
The ideal candidate should demonstrate proficiency in Excel, particularly in data entry and analysis, as these skills will be vital in managing our inventory. Further, the expert should have prior experience with product uploads on varied selling platforms for smooth integration. A background in the furniture industry will be a plus!
