I'm seeking a freelancer who can compile an exhaustive Excel spreadsheet detailing every state and county school board across the 50 states of the U.S.

Requirements:

Each spreadsheet should be named after the corresponding state.

The data for each county should be organized according to the state’s school board.

The lines of data should include:

Additionally, for each state board, the data should include:

Formatting guidelines:

- Email addresses and phone numbers should be in a standard format
