I am looking for someone with strong Excel skills and experience in quality control to develop an Excel report, focusing on tracking different aspects of quality control in our business. This includes:
- Tracking and analysing product defects,
- Evaluating process efficiency, and
- Monitoring customer satisfaction.
Moreover, the report needs to effectively capture visual evidence of the defects as a part of the broader quality control process. A background in operations management or related fields will be a plus for this task. Your ability to understand our business processes and translate that understanding into an insightful, yet easy-to-use report will be critical to this project.
