Comprehensive Monthly-Weekly Shift Scheduler Excel, programing work

I am in need of an experienced Excel developer who can create a comprehensive monthly shift schedule. The Excel file must feature:
- Automatic calculation of work hours: the tool should be able to calculate the total number of work hours for each employee, based on their respective shifts.
- Employee name and position fields: I should easily input each employee's name and respective position. This information should then be visible in the shift schedule.
- Downloadable/printable format: Once completed, the shift schedule should be able to be printed or downloaded.
The excel file should be capable of managing multiple shift types. This requires a developer with substantial experience in Excel's advanced features and an understanding of shift-based work structures.
