Comprehensive Excel Spreadsheet Creation

I'm in need of a proficient Excel user to create a detailed spreadsheet which will include both numbers and dates. I have the following fields, Hotel name, city, room type, check in and check out date from June 17 until July 15. Where each day I need to put by room type how many rooms I have for each type.
I have the master file and I want to automatically update the second one where will break down by dates. I attached master file and the second one that I want to automatically created based on the master please
