• Request for an estimate of the time required to create the rate sheet template and training, along with associated costs.

• Associates and clients are globally distributed.
2. Associates:
• Over 20 associates subcontracted based on expertise.
• Four categories of associates, ranked according to expertise, each with specific client charge rates and subcontractor costs.
3. Clients:
• Over 20 clients based in the UK, Europe, US, China, and India.
• Pricing can be on a time and materials basis or a fixed rate.
4. Exchange Rates:
• Need to include provisions for adding exchange rates due to global operations.
5. Discounts:
• Offer discounts on standard rates for the four categories of associates.
• Calculation for each discount tier (e.g., 5%, 10%, 15%).
6. Template details:
• Template Structure: User friendly, something that can be adapted year on year as the business grows
• Data Input: manually and auto-poulated
• Reporting: Charts that can easily display in real time, level of expertise, margin, profit etc. as data is entered
