I'm in need of a comprehensive operating and financial model in Excel for a new venture. The model should encompass an operations section, a financing component (balancing both Debt and Equity), and generating complete Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet outputs.
Key Requirements:
- Detailed representation of production costs, sales volume, employee expenses, and capital costs in the operations section.
- Consideration of daily hire rates, income from asset disposal, build period expenses, and utilisation metrics.
- The financing section should adequately reflect a mixture of Debt and Equity.
- Major sensitivities to be clearly presented within the model.
