I'm looking for an expert in Excel to help me create a jobmatch system. This project involves listing various workfields like a hotel, restaurant, bar, coffeeshop, warehouse, detailsshop, and customer service, and their related job roles on an Excel sheet.

The complex part of the project is, each job role needs to be evaluated for similarity with a focus on three major elements:
- Hardskills, Softskills and qualifications
- Experience and education
- Personality traits
