Complete Government Tender Documents

Hello, I am looking for a freelancer to help me complete a number of government tender documents in Australia for providing cleaning services. I need assistance with Request for Quotation (RFQ) documents, and am open to the freelancer's expertise as to how these should be completed. I need assistance with 2-5 such documents.
